Another short par 4 at Rhuddlan that will demand respect. Trouble down the left as a large pond runs the length of the fairway so keep right and get as close to the small fairway bunker for the best approach into the green. A green that slopes heavily back to front, so be sure to leave your approach short of the pin for an uphill putt once you have negotiated the large bunkers guarding the front of the green.

There is an underground lake running beneath your feet when stood on the 9th fairway. The area and local farm are called Bryn Ffynnon, meaning Spring Hill or Well Hill. This lake provides us with all the water we need to feed the course during summer months.
